Associate Professor Dr. Pradit Wanarat, NIDA President, together with Associate Professor Dr. Raweewan Auepanwiriyakul, Vice President for Academic Affairs, Assistant Professor Dr. Kanokkarn Kaewnuch, Assistant to the President for International Affairs, and OIA team officially welcomed 1) Professor Dr. Sergei Chizhikov, Dean and 2) Assistant Professor Boris Kabylinskii, Vice Dean, Faculty of Customs Affairs and Security from North – West Institute of Management of Russian President Academy (RANEPA), the Russian Federation. The event was held on April 3, 2018 and the activities on that day included discussion on academic collaboration such as faculty and student exchange program, joint research between the two parties and NIDA’s visit preparation at the Ratchapruck Room, 2nd floor, Prince Naradhip Bongsprabandha Building. In addition, Associate Professor Pradit Wanarat, NIDA President, Vice President for Academic Affairs and Assistant to the President for International Affairs together hosted welcome dinner at Ruenros Restaurant.
 
 

 

NIDA President and Administrators welcomed the ambassador and representatives from the embassies in Bangkok namely, 1) H.E. Mr. Tshewang Chophel Dorji, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary from The Royal Bhutanese Embassy ; 2) H.E. Mr. Christian Rehren Bargetto, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary from the Embassy of the Republic of Chile, 3) Ms. Chimi Dema Phuntsho, First Secretary, 4) Mr. Sonam Tobgay, Second Secretary from The Royal Bhutanese Embassy ; 5) Mr. James Nyongesa, First Secretary from the Embassy of the Embassy of the Republic of Kenya; 6) Ms. Leowania Leow Sui Yin, First Secretary (Information & Public Diplomacy), 7) Mr. Somkid Deelua, Information Assistant from the Embassy of Malaysia, 8) Mr. Wong Kai Jiun, Minister – Counsellor and Deputy Chief of Mission from the Embassy of the Republic of Singapore and 9) Ms. Jill Lai from Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in Thailand and international students of NIDA for joining the “International Night 2018”. The event took place on Tuesday 27th March 2017 at Chira Boonmak Hall, 3rd Floor, Sayam Boromrajakumari Building.

 

The remarkable event started with English and Thai songs composition by Asst. Prof. Asawin Nedpogaeo, Assistant to the President for Student and Social Affairs and the band show from Music Club of NIDA and followed by the performances from international students such as Bangladeshi, China, Pakistani, Nigerian, Malawian, Thai and Bhutanese respectively.

 

 
 

 

On Monday 26th March 2018, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pradit Wanarat, NIDA President, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Raweewan Auepanwiriyakul, Vice President for Academic Affairs, Prof. Dr. Kamphol Panyagometh, Vice President for Research and Consulting Services, Asst. Prof. Dr. Kanokkarn Kaewnuch, Assistant to the President for International Affairs, and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Surapong Auwatanamongkol, Graduate School of Applied Statistics officially welcomed Dr. Costas Tsatsoulis, Dean, College of Engineeringand Dr. Armin Mikler from University of North Texas (UNT), USA, to visit National Institute of Development Administration (NIDA);NIDA library, ASEAN library and NIDA Museum. The visit of UNT brought the opportunity to discuss between two institute about the academic collaboration in the future.

The event was held on March 30, 2018 and the activities on that day included discussion on academic collaboration such as faculty and student exchange program, and joint research between the two parties at the Ratchapruck Room, 2nd floor, Prince Naradhip Bongsprabandha Building. In addition, Assoc. Prof. Pradit Wanarat, NIDA President and Assistant to the President for International Affairs together with faculty members hosted welcome dinner at Ruenros Restaurant.
 
   
   
   
   
 

 

Assistant Professor Dr. Kanokkarn Kaewnuch, Assistant to the President for International Affairs graciously paid courtesy call on Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia in Bangkok to discuss on the possibilities to host Indonesian Education Road Show in Indonesia on the 26th of March 2018. During the visit, the warmest welcome ceremonies were hosted by Mr. Mustari, Attaché (Education) and staff.
